Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  We did.  Like everyone else, we overate but it sure was good.   Since Thanksgiving, I've been thinking of the fantastic cornbread, sausage and pecan dressing that we tried which was in Bon Appetit's November issue or in Epicurious.  The dressing would have even been better had we stopped the recipe before adding the eggs as Bill and I were constantly nibbling on the dressing and hoping that we would have enough to serve during the dinner. 

Here's a photo of my tablescape.  You all know how I love this part.  Found some stuffed birds in my closet that I thought really added an extra touch and went with the theme of Thanksgiving.

Since then I wondered if you had a recipe or idea that you wanted to share that you are still remembering?  Might be wonderful  for Christmas.
